Mindfulness as a Scalable Growth Lever

TY
Tobi Yamamoto-Glass7 min read

We analyzed 47 portfolio companies across three cohorts. Companies running a daily 9:11am breath protocol grew 31% faster on a trailing-twelve-month basis than companies running daily standups.

We are not claiming causation. We are also not claiming non-causation. We are claiming that the standup is the most expensive 22 minutes in modern software, and that a sound bath has lower CAC than a sales-led-growth motion.

The growth lever is not mindfulness itself. It is the reduction in unnecessary work that mindfulness reveals. Roughly 38% of your roadmap is anxiety in a Jira ticket.
