Optimizing the Nervous System for Seed-Stage Execution

There is a window, roughly 90 days after a seed round closes, in which the founder's nervous system decides the next 18 months of the company. We treat this window as the most important integration period in the company's life and most founders treat it as a sprint.

Our Cohort ∞ protocol is simple and almost embarrassingly cheap: 20 minutes of breath each morning, one hard conversation per week, one full day per month with no decisions allowed. The companies that hold this protocol for the first 90 days outperform the ones that don't on every observable metric we track 18 months later. We do not know why. We have stopped needing to.

The roadmap will write itself, eventually, from a regulated body. It will not write itself from a dysregulated one. It will write a different roadmap entirely, and you will ship it before you notice.
